When do we send you a text message?

If you turn on the two step verification, and you choose the SMS method, you’ll get a code for every login. It’s a security feature, it’s usage is optional, but we highly recommend using it, because it will increase the security level of your account, keeping your pictures more secured.

Besides that, you can receive a text message from us, if you turn on the “Balance Alert” function and set the SMS notification option. In this case we will send you a text message if you reached your balance treshold you’ve set before.

When do we call you?

If you don’t want to or you can’t receive an SMS from us. In such case a pleasant robotic voice will tell your authentication code. You’ll get called by our authenticator every time you wish to log in.

What service are we use?

Right now we are using Nexmo.com, which is a widespread and globally used service. You probably met their service before, if not, you can read more about their services here.

Is it available in my country?
